Ms. Jessica Kilonzo begun as a trainer in organizational development with global companies. She recognized the need for tailored training and sustained coaching for small companies, grassroots organizations and NGOs in order for them to grow towards fulfilling their mission. Steps Ahead was born and the RRATM methodology initiated. Steps Ahead has and continues to have impact.
